RevX Systems introduced Convergent Charging and Billing in the late 90's when bundled services and the Triple Play were creating insurmountable billing and service delivery obstacles. Today, the industry is facing yet another disruptive challenge created by the recent rise in demand for M2M and The Internet of Things.

Executive Management
John G. D'Angelo – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. D’Angelo is responsible for market and business development for RevX. He has over 25 years of business development, sales, operations, finance and accounting experience in Technology and on Wall Street. Prior to founding RevX Systems, he was the CEO & founder of Entelagent Software, a provider of enterprise compliance systems used by leading Wall Street firms including Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase, Daiwa Securities and Edward Jones.
Mr. D’Angelo has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, attended Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and practiced as a licensed CPA.
Robert Entrican – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Entrican is responsible for establishing the technical direction, vision and product roadmap for all RevX technology. Prior to founding RevX Systems, Mr. Entrican was the Co-founder, CTO, and lead visionary behind the products formerly known throughout the industry as Erogo, which were the seedling products of RevX Systems.
Mr. Entrican possess more than 25 years of technology and leadership expertise within the software industry and has a unique blend of Fortune 500 and start up experience including Fidelity National Financial as SVP of Application Development, Northrop Grumman as Principle Consultant Emeritus (President’s Excellence Award) and U.S. Central Securities as CTO.
Mr. Entrican is a practicing expert witness in patent litigation cases related to technology infringements and a frequent community participant in many areas of technology.
Ms. Charlene Davidson – Financial Advisor
Ms. Davidson is Managing Director at GE Capital and has over 25 years of global corporate and investment banking experience, advising entrepreneurs, principals and corporations on an array of business transactions, including strategic planning, capital raising and M&A. She has executed comprehensive capital structure strategies for public and private companies, as well as provided advisory roles for capital raising, liquidity access, investment management, cross border banking and global corporate finance activities.
Ms. Davidson has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Bentley College and attended Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
